In fact, why not try out Firmoo glasses with my coupon code and get a new pair of glasses for FREE? With my code below, new customers can get a free pair of glasses. So, if I can buy good-looking, good-quality glasses for less than £20, why would I spend hundreds of pounds on a pair from my local optician’s shop? They’ve withstood a lot (I drop my glasses pretty much daily) and have really held their own. Like I said, I’ve owned three pairs of Firmoo glasses and I never had issues with any of them. But this is one of the rare times when you can save a bunch of money, get a great bargain and rest assured that you’re not missing out on quality. And, let’s be honest, paying £18 for a pair of glasses instead of £400 like I used to in the past definitely sounds too good to be true. I get it – when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Then just wait for your new glasses to arrive in the post! Ta da! Is This Too Good to be True?

"Blue blockers" is a special coating that blocks blue light which is given off by the sun, smartphones, TVs, computer screens, etc.
You shouldn't be paying extra for that protection as it is a medical requirement and is found in any basic non-Rx sunglass you'd purchase. Again, depending on your Rx, if it is a high one, I'd go with high index especially for a larger frame.Īs far as the "UV Blue Blocker" option, it doesn't necessarily include A/R coating. Also, the larger your frames are, the more thickness will show.
I'm assuming when you say 1.50 that it's for standard plastic and not polycarbonate. If your Rx is on the higher side, then a high Index plastic (1.61) would be appropriate as your lenses will be thinner and lighter than a standard plastic lens. It would help to know your Rx in order to address your question, but I don't know what you mean by "too much" or "not enough".
